We are searching for the best talent for the role of Scrum Master Analyst, based in São Paulo - Brazil. The Scrum Master Analyst will work in a cross-country environment, but mainly in Brazil.
He / She is responsible for evolving the agile ways of working in Commercial teams and will play a meaningful role by coaching and partnering with Product Owners and SQUAD members to ensure that the Agile Mindset is disseminated and that we are delivering Business Value to the company meanwhile guaranteeing a healthy environment.

- Drive the Agile process and ceremonies as well as facilitate and conduct the Commercial Squads continuous improvements.
- Helps the Product Owner in their efforts to handle the backlog and guide the team while facilitating the dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
- Remove impediments in the organization to keep the pace of the SQUAD.
- Develop people through coaching and encouraging a positive work environment.
- Promote the connection between the members of the multifunctional team, ensuring to collect multiple points of view and helping to the structure of a robust solution and a more "self-organized" group.
- Be the "transformation agent", acting as the methodology reference for Agile at JnJ, strengthening the capability within the teams..Education :
- Bachelor Degree Completed - BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Advanced English Experience and Skills Required :
- 1 year work experience as Scrum and / or Project Management is required.
- Strong communication skill, ability to work as a facilitator, connecting and interacting with different company levels.
- Capacity of organization, planning and communication, being able to work with agility and ensuring the cadence of day-to-day execution. Preferred :
- Previous experience as Scrum Master, with proven knowledge of some Agile methodology (e.g. SAFE, Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.
- Knowledge of Medical Devices Business
