Job Description Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control projects within agreed parameters of cost, time and quality.
- Drive and lead the end-to-end planning, development, procurement, execution, deployment and delivery in line with the project’s scope, timeline, budget and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.
- Ensure that projects are closed appropriately and formally.
- Estimate the time and resources needed for project development.
- Involve users, technical team, suppliers, when necessary, negotiate commitments with them or with other involved groups or individuals.
- Address aspects of a project that may impact its scope, deadlines, and quality, including risks and change management, conducting impact analysis and negotiating commitments.
- To be able to interact with international teams in English, in addition to constant communication and results-oriented interaction with internal partners and clients.
- Ensure communication at all levels (team visibility and progress reporting to the client).
- Facilitates the creation and approval of business cases
- Influence others through effective communications and providing challenge.
- Change Management skills : Engage business, Subject Matter experts, vendors and IT internal teams, to make sure impacts in business processes and systems are clear and will be delivered as per plan.
- Lead and supervise the project managers team. Experiences
- Project Management : experience as Agile methodology.;
- Certifications in PMP or Scrum desirable;
- Leadership of remote teams in regional projects; interpersonal relationship;
- Experience in managing results and executive reporting of results in the area to senior management. Skills
