Job title : Product Owner - Cybersecurity Incident Prevention Services - Americas Reporting to the Chief Operation Officer for BDS Americas and working closely with the Managing Director – Cyber IR and Recovery Services North America, the Product Owner - Cybersecurity Incident Prevention Services - Americas leads the incident response functions and reporting of findings to the client and stakeholders affected by a cyberattack. As an expert, the person works with the global incident response teams (CSIRTs) and will grow and maintain key relationships with various breach counsels and insurance carriers with a special focus on the Incident Response proactive services’ delivery. Essential Functions • Customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong relationships with the customer and creates processes with their perspective in mind • Leads and maintains a Value Proposition for Incident Prevention Services • Articulates security issues, analysis and remediation techniques to external customers • Provides and facilitates consultation services to customers as needed • Delivers several conferences, webinars or white papers in the field of the expertise • Researches the latest threats and technological advances in combating unauthorized access to information • Facilitates simulation exercises as needed with CSIRT and customers
