Job Summary
We are looking for an Sr. Analyst - Procurement (Sourcing & Contracting).
In this role you will be responsible for managing Request for Quotation and Information (RFQ/RFI), negotiation, contract. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend, e-auction etc. Responsible for driving and supporting Sourcing projects in line with categories strategies and regional directions. The position is based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do
As an Sr. Analyst - Procurement (Sourcing & Contracting) you will:
- Drive sourcing and contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies.
- Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
- Deliver training and support End User in relevant tools, usually 1:1 instruction.
- Participates in target follow up and corrective action. Communicates results and acts as a proactive partner to End Users.
- Ensures correct usage of relevant tools.
- Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner.
- Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site.
We believe you have
University degree within Business Administration or Engineering.
Must be fluent in English is mandatory.
Portuguese native is required.
Spanish desirable.
Solid experience in sourcing contracting.
Good knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel, power point)
Ariba´s Platform knowledge is desirable.
SAP knowledge is desirable.
