Your responsibilities would include:
- Infrastructure incident coordination & response
- Looking for improvements of day-to-day work
- Implementing improvements in the team
- Modeling change requests
- Creation of work instructions for the team purposes
- Supporting SOC team in recurrent activities
- Reporting Activities
- Training new team members
Don’t hesitate to apply if you have:
- Comprehensive IT knowledge and/or certification or educational background (network, OS knowledge, security)
- Ability to read technical instructions in English and use them in practice
- MS Office -Advanced level skills
- Proactive attitude and client-oriented work approach
- Certification CompTIA security + (or other)
- IT security products experience
- Proven experience in Infrastructure Incident Response
- English language skills at B2 level
- 1-2 years of experience
