As a Service Sales Manager for Channels, you will ensure successful implementation of the Service Sales strategy for Channels, distributors and service value providers for Drives, Motors and Generators, to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions.

Service Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Creates, plans, and implements Service Sales strategy by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
  • Promotes value add service product offerings supporting LCM.
  • Achieves Service Sales volume by ensuring the service value providers sells entire service portfolio.
  • Participates in development of business plan for Channels.
  • Ensures setting, periodic-reviewing, and achievement of Service Sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
  • Analyzes service market potential with complete focus on IB penetration and ensures proper customer relationship management.
  • Establishes long-term relationships with key channels and service value providers by understanding their requirements and relevant regulations and by exhibiting high level of expertise in technical solutions and products.
  • Monitors client’s financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams.

Your background

  • Bachelor's Degree completed.
  • Five years of Channel sales experience is needed.
  • Experience in developing business plans for Channels in the mining, F&B, Metals, Water, O&G industries.
  • Knowledge of products and services (Motors and drives) is a plus.
  • A previous experience working in the service area is desirable.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Advanced English is needed.
