Service & Sales Manager (Ups)

Ensures successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area, to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Creates, plans, and implements service sales strategy by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database,
• Promotes value add service product offerings,
• Achieves service sales volume by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio, Participates in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume, Ensures setting, periodic-reviewing, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed, Analyzes service market potential with complete focus on IB penetration and ensures proper customer relationship management,
• Establishes long-term relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding their requirements and relevant regulations and by exhibiting high level of expertise in technical solutions and products,
• Ensures customer satisfaction issues are registered and responded to by the team.
• Supports the team by participating in sales activities when needed,
• Responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Your background

• Electrical engineering expertise; electrical engineering for the process industry, ability to understand and apply power protection, UPS systems,
• Knowledge of UPS system, experience about service sales and operation,
• Good command of English,
• Experience in commissioning/site operations and carrying out testing and commissioning of UPS systems,
• Ideally you have a knowledge of ABB UPS Systems.
