We, at Hiab are looking for an experienced Service Solution and Process Specialist to join our team of professionals.
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing Service Solutions and Processes within the Service Operations and Service Execution, including Salesforce and Hiab Service Management.
The position is located in Helsinki, Finland.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand service requirements and develop an effective Solution and Process design
- Collect business requirements and design solution
- Coordinate development and developers
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Coordinate the implementation of Service Solutions (e.g. Customer Reporting Portal), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer expectations
- Participate in rollout projects as solution expert
- Provide planned and on-demand training to key users on new or changed functionality to the extent it affects their usage of the system, ensuring a consistent understanding and adherence to established procedures
- Analyse existing service processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process enhancements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication in service delivery
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of service processes to ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations
- Monitor and measure the impact of process changes, collecting data and reporting results.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and work experience; Master's degree would be considered as an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt required preferred
- At least 3+ years of relevant operating environment experience
- Proven experience in IT / IM solutions design and / or in process coordination
- Change management and experience as a trainer
- Salesforce Service Cloud / Customer Cloud development project experience
- Analytical, detail oriented with a focus on solving problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
- Project work experience.
