We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant - Performance Team member to lead our initiatives in building a robust and engaged online community for our brand.

- Manage, develop, and curate content across various Social Media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Develop a monthly content calendar to enhance our strategic approach and Community engagement.
- Plan and execute live events featuring industry experts and micro-influencers to foster Community Growth.
- Create compelling content and stories, engaging with our community to become the face of our project online.
- Support our sales team with graphic materials.
- Support team in Australia with graphic ans social materials.
- Develop comprehensive reports to showcase our achievements.
- Lead effective email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists for personalized communication and optimizing performance through A / B testing.
- Utilize your design and copywriting skills to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages with high ROI.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in Social Media and Community Growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing content calendars, collaborating with content creators, Social Media reporting.
- A keen eye for design and proficiency in high-converting copywriting.
- Ability to Video edit
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop, as this role is remote-first.
- Fluent in English (C1).
Desirable Skills :
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Data Studio, Automation, Zapier, Zoho Suite, and WordPress.
- Prior experience working remotely for a fast-growing startup.
Requirements
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, international relations, etc.). Advanced English language proficiency.
Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
