Forma de trabalhoAs a member of Alight Global Security’s (AGS) Office of CSO (OC) team, this position will manage and support programs, projects and tasks for corporate, commercial and non-commercial production environments. The role requires Product Management, Cyber Security, Mergers & Acquisitions, and working in federal environments. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, innately curious, strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable navigating a global organization and working with colleagues from different departments, and able to identify organizational problems and opportunities, and find ways to solve them.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of assigned Programs, Projects and Tasks for OC, leveraging industry best practice for project and program management
- Effectively lead others in translating information into a clear vision and requirements and inspiring project stakeholders to develop and execute a clear plan
- Responsible for providing direction, prioritization and structure to enable efficient implementation of assigned projects and initiatives
- Serve as a single point of contact with project teams and takes the ownership from current state through final implementation working across business and technology programs
- Provide recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Guide, “own” and be accountable for deliverables falling within scope, schedule, and budget
- Drive process improvement within the greater AGS organization
Knowledge/ Skills
- Experience in managing Mergers and Acquisitions programs
- Extensive experience managing multiple large, complex projects across multiple functions concurrently
- Proven experience leading and working with senior leadership on successful programs
- Experience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadership
- Experience in project budgeting/costing for complex projects
- Experience with process, system mapping, analysis with attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business benefit through project execution
- Proven expertise successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources across a matrixed environment
- Exposure with change management/facilitation, enterprise communication and training
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
- Identify, anticipate, and plan ahead for resource needs to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations through recognition of dependencies, driving partnership and commitment to the tower
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years IT project management experience
- 8+ years of professional work experience
- Understanding of Budget and Finance/Accounting concepts a plus
Written and verbal English proficiency required
