EndereçoAs a Sr Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will hold a key role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards for our products within the Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, conduct inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise and leadership in Quality Engineering will directly impact the success of our business by ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Seoul location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our manufacturing processes and product quality by implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems. You will be responsible for leading quality improvement projects, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective action implementation • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Quality Engineers
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Leadership experience in driving quality improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) domain
• Six Sigma certification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
