Structured Finance Analyst

• Preparation of market analyses, sectoral research and analyzes on the performance of Fixed Income instruments in the international and local secondary market;

• Preparation of proposals for clients, internal presentations and company financial performance memos;

• Origination and execution of Bond issues, Private Placements, Syndicated and Bilateral Loans, and Acquisition Finance for Brazilian companies in the international market;

• Preparation of financial models, projections and analyzes for Structured Operations;

• At least 1 year of prior experience or internship in related areas such as credit analysis, debt structuring (DCM) / structured operations or investment banking

• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

• Mastery of the Office Package (Excel, Powerpoint)

• Fluent English and Portuguese

• Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with the Bloomberg Terminal will be considered an advantage
