Position Summary:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving Company’s targets by effectively managing the replenishment process, controlling inventory levels, and overseeing 3PL services, which include coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and bonded warehouses. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the sales team and factories by offering real-time and updated information.
- Assisting OES customers in confirming product availability dates.
- Inbound tracking support for operations
- Contributing to Supply Chain 2024 projects.
- Supporting the purchase order process.
- Assisting with billings checking and modeling financial forecasts.
- Supporting sales through data analysis and SAP data extraction.
- Acting as a liaison between customers, sales, and warehouse teams for OES customers.
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):
In-depth knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
Proficiency in SAP.
A results-driven mindset.
Previous experience in demand planning based on methodologies/statistical planning is highly desired.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and VBA
Flexibility and a positive attitude with a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
