We are growing our Talent Acquisition team in Brazil. In this role you will scout and hunt for Information Technology Professionals at all levels. Our engineers build solutions for the world's leading brands, retailers, and merchants. You will work closely with US and Brazilian teams to help us with our employee branding in Brazil, operational recruiting support, and help execute our strategic recruiting plans. We are an energetic, high performing, remote team.

The Job of the Talent Acquisition Partner at InComm Payments is to work with the various stake holders involved in the hiring process, and guide them as a subject matter expert in the talent market place. It is also to act as candidate advocate during the new hire process.

· Information Technology recruiting and onboarding

· Build and develop relationships with InComm hiring stakeholders and team members

· Learn and eventually act as owner and subject matter expert of the end-to-end hiring process

· Collaborate with internal teams in support of onboarding and operational activities

· Communicate with candidates and act as their advocate through the new hire experience

· Work to continuously refine the overall hiring experience for new hires, as well as our hiring managers

· 1+ years' experience as recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner

· Basic understanding of HR and recruiting concepts

· Strong relationship management skills.

· Must be proactive, innovative, and organized

· Self-motivated.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.

· Comfort level meeting with and communicating with hiring managers at all levels.
