Direct commercial operation in the territory designed, dealing with direct and master distributors, and with companies of all sizes, structuring sales strategies, and action plans within the industrial, DATACOM and Retail markets .
- technical presentations and training to customers (end users);

- Hands-on demonstration and training of Fluke High Touch products .

- Strategic Leadership with local distributors, coordinating distributors sales team to generate demand and increase funnel conversion, increasing POS (Point of sales) to end-users.

- Be focus on End Users: Inform and coordinate face to face calls, NPIs (New products introduction), Technical training meetings, technical support in first stage, technical complains and warranties, customer satisfaction.

- Apply Fortive Business System on daily activities to accelerate Fluke growth in the region. Responsible for Developing, implementing, and managing a business plan to meet corporate objectives and sales goals. - Work closely to marketing team to assess business conditions by geography and vertical market to modify local go to market strategy.
- Dealing with customer on strategic vertical markets such as Automotive; Process Manufacturing of pulp, paper and wood; Education; Government; Data Center; Food and Beverage; Mining; Energy: Generation, Transmission and Distribution.
- Provide direction to distributors to generate demand for high touch products.
- Provide direction, training, coaching, and feedback to Distributors.

- Provide visibility and management of channel assessment to improve distributors results.
- Work in the funnel management of distributor sales opportunities, providing funnel health metrics (4S) to track sales forecasting .
- Identify, evaluate, recommend, and train new Distributors.
- Work with LATAM Sales director to set sales goals and objectives for distributors.
- Provide to LATAM Sales director the monthly sales forecasts and the funnel management for the region.
- Work closely with corporate staff (marketing, customer total care and finance) to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales efforts.

Job Requirements

· Fluent English

· Proven track record of over quota achievement and sales

· Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in the industrial market, test and measurement experience desirable

· Technical background, desirable Test and measurement technology knowledge

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Technical-sales profile

· Value or consultative sales training and experience

· Proactive and self-driven

· Problem solving skills and can-do attitude

· Business and results oriented

· Fast and self-learner

· Able to cope with ambiguity, uncertainty, and pressure
