Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our digital marketing agency team at DentistFind. This role will be instrumental in streamlining project management processes, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, and improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing agency operations, training, process improvement, leadership development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to ensure effective and efficient project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, design, sales, client success, and human resources, to align project goals and deliverables.
Provide guidance and mentorship to new hires, ensuring they understand project management principles and processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Define and prioritize project tasks, assigning responsibilities to team members and ensuring deadlines are met.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Continuously improve project management processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and driving client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively guide, motivate, and inspire teams.
