WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Working Student, youֺ’ll support our international MDP Learning & Development Team. Its members perform work of the highest quality in terms of both content and organization to optimally support our MDPs worldwide with training and coaching along their paths at BCG. Your main tasks will include preparing and following up on training measures, maintaining data and analytics, and collaborating on projects.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- You are an enrolled university student (ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or natural sciences).
- You are proficient in the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and have basic to intermediate knowledge in Tableau.
- You have a flexible schedule.
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work with our global MDP Learning & Development Team, whose members are internationally located. Your main contacts will be based in Munich, and in close coordination with them, you'll be able to help BCG MDPs expand their knowledge and hone their skills.
