WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a strong candidate to support the program management and knowledge team for BCG’s Technology and Digital Advantage practice. In this role you will assist the Data and Digital Platform (DDP) Program Manager and Knowledge Team Manager in a variety of tasks including assisting with the planning and execution of worldwide affiliation meetings, internal communications, facilitate product suite’s evolution, engage in selective content build, and help track business performance. This role provides the opportunity to gain introductory experience in global strategy execution, product management, developing intellectual property, and gain experience in the ever-evolving tech space at one of the leading management consulting firms. The position involves collaborating with a global team through virtual meetings, offering a flexible mix of remote and in-office work in an international setting.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Creating and distributing high quality internal communications using Salesforce, Outlook, and other potential collaboration tools
- Analyzing and illustrating data in performance dashboards
- Organizing and maintaining dynamic list of action items for parallel running projects
- Providing logistical support to priority internal engagement programs
- Facilitating logistics for virtual training sessions
- Preparing agendas for multi-day meetings and shorter senior stakeholder meetings
- Jumping in on special content development and other projects as needed
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies with high academic achievements and passion in technology space and its impact to business
- Strong organization, project management and analytical skills
- Creative, yet structured problem solver
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality
- Solid written and spoken English skills
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
