Analista De Sistema - Core Banking

The IT analyst will support team hands-on activities to achieve our goals and create a more automated, secure, integrated and lean environment, increasing quality perception by our final clients. Among different types of activities, we can highlight tech components evolution to close vulnerabilities on HSBC environment, preparation and execution of tests associated to resilience frameworks, implementation of automated deploy in production and other similar activities.

Key Responsibilities

·       Following IT HSBC standards, support implementation of changes into production in line within Core banking team goals.

·       Manages expectations, results and impact of agreed outcomes, thinking ahead to identify and overcome potential issues.

·       Reporting to management issues or potential risk within technical origin or which can impact entity and clients

·       Automate manual process within IT or operational areas focused on performance and capacity increasing.

·       Close tracking of technical activities with vendors to ensure projects and recurrent activities to guarantee proper governance and services under agreed threshold.

·       Work collaboratively with Senior Managers from other areas in IT to ensure stakeholder and customers’ requirements are met.

·       Proactively seek opportunities to Organize IT services to improve a business operation in collaboration with other areas.

·       Establishes effective relationships across the business and tech structure/matrix to ensure better engagement and better quality and effectiveness of deployment.

·       Graduated with technical background for at least 3 years.

·       General knowledge about IT governance and controls, as the usage of tools like Jira, confluence, Servicenow, G3, Nexus, GIT or similar.

·       Working knowledge of Windows and Unix environment (SQL Server, Oracle, Control-M, MQ, Jira, EasyBI, G3, Nexus, Service Now, Splunk, AppDynamics, Rundeck), including Web applications.

·       Core Banking products background (Current Account, Receivables, Payments). 

·       Experience within SAFe agile framework is a plus as GCP environments.

·       Language skills: English is required, and Spanish is a plus
