- Provide proactive and reactive support, resolving issues related to data imports through designated communication channels;
- Identify and report bugs found in the internal import tool, ensuring the quality and integrity of the processed data;
- Work with files provided by customers, in addition to importing data related to the company's products;
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing strict data security practices and policies;
- Actively collaborate with the team, sharing knowledge and providing mutual support;
- Test and validate new solutions, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous process improvements;
- Contribute to the development of internal documentation related to the Importation Team.
- Complete Higher Education is desirable (in Data management or IT-related fields);
- Advanced English, both written and spoken;
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems, driven by curiosity;
- A strong sense of urgency to effectively deal with critical issues;
- A resourceful profileapplied tocustomer service and local partners;
- Great communication and robust negotiation skills;
