Kenvue is currently recruiting for Associate Marketing Manager Neutrogena Sun SH&B. This position reports into Director, Skin Health and is based at São Paulo.

What will you do?

The Associate Marketing Manager Neutrogena Sun SH&B is responsible for developing market business plans, overseeing clinical education programs, conducting training, and collaborating with key stakeholders to present marketing programs and procedure expansion solutions. As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will also review marketing presentations and follow-up activities to build market-level awareness and adoption, mentor less experienced specialists, and handle complex customer product questions and objections:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns for Neutrogena Sun SH&B products in alignment with the brand's overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the marketing team.
  • Develop and execute market business plans aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Monitor local market trends, competition, and customer needs using available data and personal/team knowledge to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee clinical education programs designed to teach procedural awareness, procedural skills and the safe and efficacious use of products.
  • Conduct clinical training to meet market needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead referring physician and patient education programs which include lectures and symposia, health fairs, and distribution of patient education materials.
  • Review marketing presentations and follow up activities to build market level awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with key physician practices and hospital marketing and administrative personnel to present marketing programs and procedure expansion solutions.
  • Provide training and support to targeted top tier customers regarding emerging procedure adoption and safe and efficacious use of products.
  • Develop key partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, referring physicians, hospital administration, societies, and program administrators.
  • Demonstrate proper application of all company products and oversee the handling of complex customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training methodology.
  • Mentor less experienced specialists to ensure their professional development and growth.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer goods and/or beauty products.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and executing market business plans aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Experience in conducting clinical training and education programs to meet market needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
