What you will do
The Benalet Brand Manager (Self Care) is responsible for developing new concepts and approaches for advertising and promotional plans, monitoring brand strategy implementation, analyzing key performance indicators and financial reports, overseeing market research and test market activities, and establishing partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, clients and other enterprises. As a specialist in the field, you will be considered an expert within the organization and will be responsible for uncovering market opportunities and evaluating and implementing improvements for new and existing products and programs:
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for Benalet brand in the Self Care category
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns
· Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
· Manage brand budget and ensure ROI on all marketing initiatives
· Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve brand objectives
· Develop and execute innovative advertising and promotional plans for professional and consumer audiences, leveraging insights from market research and competitive analysis.
· Monitor and adjust brand strategy as needed to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall product strategy.
· Guide advertising agencies in product and packaging design, advertising, tradeshows, point of purchase, costing and pricing.
· Analyze key performance indicators and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions.
· Establish partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, clients and other enterprises to enhance market development and competitive market share.
· Develop strategy for uncovering market opportunities by establishing priorities and recommending a process for obtaining intelligence information.
· Evaluate and implement improvements for expediting new and existing products and programs.
· Forecast demand and participate in review of sales forecasts for assigned product line.
QualificationsWhat we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Previous experience in brand management, preferably in the Self Care category
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
· Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
· Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze key performance indicators and financial reports
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships with cross functional teams, consumers, patients, client, medical societies, opinion leaders and other enterprises.
Desired Qualifications
· Ability to develop and execute innovative advertising and promotional plans for professional and consumer audiences
· Experience guiding advertising agencies in product and packaging design, advertising, tradeshows, point of purchase, costing and pricing
