We are currently seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our Honeywell Connected Enterprise team. Reporting tothe Sales Director, you will have a customer focus on selling HCE solutions as part of the Honeywell solution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development and Sales Growth:

  • Strengthen existing channel relationships within the designated territory to foster mutual success.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to formulate joint business plans and innovative sales strategies.
  • Utilize account planning and white space analysis to support channel pipeline growth.
  • Establish and attain channel sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partner branch leadership to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Jointly develop and implement the HCI Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with HPS regional/branch sales leadership.
  • Participate in sales meetings at Branch and Regional levels, serving as the point of contact for escalations.

Training, Enablement, and Strategic Planning:

  • Provide training and enablement resources to channel sellers to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Ensure channel sellers possess the necessary tools and resources for effective marketing and selling of our industrial software solutions.
  • Facilitate HCI sales enablement towards HPS, coordinating support from various functions such as training, consulting,
  • P&E, engineering/operations, legal, and marketing.
  • Support and coach HPS Account Managers in developing HCI sales strategies for specific accounts, opportunities, and business development activities.
  • Conduct whitespace analysis and strategic account planning, including executive-level engagement for identified tier 2 accounts.

Market Analysis and Advocacy:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Act as the advocate for digitalization and software as an enabler for HPS customer success and value.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and solution consultants, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate channel feedback to relevant teams to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the industrial software sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
