COMMERCIAL QUALITY ANALYST II

What You'll Do

  • Commercial Quality Analyst II will be part of the QC structure and will interact with different areas within the company, such as: Quality System, Compliance, Manufacturing, Trade, Sales, Marketing, Legal and others.
  • Conduct daily activities related to Commercial Quality Management (Execution of Audits, CAPA’s, action plan monitoring, risk analysis, change control, investigation of deviations, etc.);
  • Facilitate, organize quality related meetings, and ensure appropriate follow ups to open items;
  • Support of Commercial team (E.g.: training, evaluation of requested, etc.);
  • Participate and/or lead project meetings, evaluating the impact of any proposed improvements (if applicable);
  • Follow-up (externally and internally) and assure all quality tasks are completed on time;
  • Report process status to management and/or internal business partners;
  • Create and review quality documents (E.g.: Protocols to rework, Spec, etc.);
  • Ensure co-packer alignment with internal procedures;
  • Execute or revise FMEA in critical process, mapping risks and defining the controls and actions necessary to mitigate and/or eliminate issue;
  • Update and maintain internal Kenvue Quality Systems (ETQ NGX systems, etc.);
  • 5% estimated travel.

What we're looking for

Background:

  • Higher education, preferably in Pharmacist or Engineering.

Expertise and Skills:

  • Advanced English;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Quality area (quality control, quality assurance, supplier quality, validation, audits or manufacturing) in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, cosmetic or packaging industry;
  • Training or Certification as a Lead Auditor, with experience external audits;
  • Experience in applying and/or executing supplier reliability and risk assessment tools (Ex- supplier performance monitoring, FMEA tool);

· Technical writing expertise;

  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Organization and fulfillment of deadlines;
  • Agility to work with tight deadlines;
  • Knowledge in SAP;
  • Advanced English.
  • Intermediate Spanish;
  • Knowledge in MS Office-Suite (Project, Visio and SharePoint) and BI-Analytical will be a differential
