As an Finance Enterprise Partner you leverage your in depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organisation (including the Finance Excellence Chapters), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP, you act as strategic thought partner to business stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the business supporting co-lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise mindset and balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities
Key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation.
Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions and participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets.
Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, providing pricing transparency and stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives.
Manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective and propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc.
Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions, implementing sustainable pricing strategies, and stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value
Who you are:
Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting or Related Areas.
Advanced English.
Deep knowledge in Enterprise Finances Areas acting as a business partner.
Experience working with and for the customer and expertise of healthcare systems, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
Previous experience in Pharmaceutical, Devices or Health Company will be consider a plus.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 times per week based in São Paulo).
