As we are growing in Brazil we are looking for a Coordinator to join our team. Your main task will be to support our students in the educational process.
Your tasks will be
- Manage classes attendance and homework performance by students;
- Providing answers to student questions promptly and effectively;
- Creating additional documents or guides tailored to the specific requirements of Flex students;
- Focusing on providing ample attention and support to Flex students in Brazil to ensure their satisfaction and retention within the program
- Be empathic and motivate students when they need it;
- Help students create competitive CVs and cover letters after they finish courses;
- Support students during their employment process (control their application to vacancies, advise on passing the recruitment process);
- Monitor IT marker (amount of vacancies for direction, job boards updates, etc.);
- Work with CRM system.
What will you need to succeed:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize;
- Understanding of the IT market and basic knowledge of technologies, tools, and approaches;
- Strong ownership skills and ability to deeply control every student in groups of 20-30 people;
- Be proactive in decision-making and proposing ways for employment juniors;
- English - C1
Will be a plus:
- Experience in project management;
- Desire to learn how technologies work ‘under the hood’ and pass our basic courses (HTML/CSS, JS, SQL, Java, etc.)

2. Call with the recruiter (Google Meet);
3. Culture fit interview with company line manager and recruiter.
