We are hiring for a Digital Marketing Associate to join us on a part-time engagement (that may be converted to a full-time role based on performance). You will be working on one of our portfolio ventures in the Canadian real estate market. You will be tasked with helping develop a marketing plan and implementing many of the tactics of the plan.
Responsibilities
- Join team meetings 2 times a week, to support the goal-setting and goal-tracking process, discuss ongoing projects/tasks, etc.
- Research ideas for content (we brainstorm together as a team weekly and you will be assigned concepts to research/develop further)
- Create creative ways to distribute the core content that we will co-develop (through static images/carousel images for ads, videos for ads & social media, email content, etc.)
- Keep an eye on analytics (and help us improve where needed) to track how we're moving towards our targetted metrics
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working on one or more Digital Marketing functions (like content strategy, content writing, ads strategy and design, user analytics, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience working in an English-speaking, professional environment
- (Optional) Experience, familiarity, or enthusiasm for the real estate industry
