Your New Role...

The Digital Coordinator is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and management of digital initiatives, including Warner Bros. Pictures' social media presence, partner collaborations, and websites. This professional is tasked with creating influencer strategies, overseeing and approving online ads, creative content, games, and apps, providing digital solutions for film marketing campaigns, including local productions releases in theatres. This role demands a deep understanding of digital trends and the dynamics of online platforms, ensuring that WBD's presence is effective, engaging, and aligned with both local and global company objectives.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Responsible for developing and executing all digital activities and social content on WB's pages across all platforms, aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Identify growth and innovation opportunities within digital platforms, staying updated on the latest trends.
  • Primary interface with digital agencies (social content + influencers).
  • Lead influencer partnerships, coordinating agencies and special initiatives to generate User-Generated Content (UGC).
  • Coordinate all WB Theatrical digital activities during events like CCXP (Comic Con Experience) and movie premieres, including planning and on-site monitoring.
  • Support the Home Office with local assets for global initiatives.
  • Assist the media team, especially in digital campaigns.
  • Work in synergy with other divisions of Warner Bros Discovery to ensure campaign performance.
  • Responsible for reports evaluating the performance of each activity.
  • Support the Marketing Media Planner Manager in devising strategies to drive online traffic on social networks and the company's website.
  • Create and execute the always-on social media strategy for the division across all WB pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), instructing the agency's Social Content team for the execution of the best deliveries.
  • Track conversion rates and other KPIs and make improvements to social media pages.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Digital Marketing.
  • Identify the best "social influencers" to collaborate with our movie campaigns, coordinating planning and execution alongside local and global agencies. Negotiate agreements and contracts with these partners, ensuring alignment with our brand's values and the best deliveries.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of digital agencies (social content + influencers), including briefing deliveries and execution approvals.
  • Ensure that digital activities are approved by the Latam team and follow all the policies from each film.
  • Generate creative concepts for special digital activities for each film (always following Global Polices).
  • Guide and oversee all work related to the localization of global materials for the Brazilian market (monitoring translation workflows and finalization of posters, social media artwork, trailers, etc.), ensuring the timely delivery of all assets while prioritizing the strategic use of materials.
  • Attend weekly conference calls with the online agency for updates and strategic instructions and bi-weekly conference calls with Home Office International digital team.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Digital Marketing budget and monitor actual expenses compared to the planned budget.
  • Support Marketing Media Planner Manager on the online media plan identifying social contents to include in the media buy.
  • Assist the Marketing Media Planner Manager in analyzing reports for all online assets and send them to the Home Office.
  • Support the Marketing Media Planner Manager in "Warner Bros Discovery" data projects.
  • Support other teams within the department (Media and Creative) in their activities, ensuring proper guidance and cooperation to deliver results for each film.
  • Coordinate all WB Theatrical digital activities during events such as CCXP (Comic Con Experience) and DC Fandome, as well as coverage of events like movie premieres, BGS, Horror Expo, and Casa Warner.
  • Work closely with the Publicity (Press) and Trade Marketing departments, devising joint strategies, offering creative materials, and aligning strategies to secure collaboration from media, partners, and exhibitors (Cinemark, Cinepolis, etc).
  • Attend key digital events to stay updated on new technologies, apps, and social networks, and apply these learnings to digital campaigns.
  • Analyze market research and performance data provided by the company and use them as a daily reference for digital strategies.
  • Share insights and results, keeping other departments (Marketing, Sales, B.I, and Local Productions) updated on the performance of digital materials for each film.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Marketing Communications Degree
  • 3-4 years of work experience in the marketing industry as a senior digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Strategist, our similar role.
  • Natively online (hard user).
  • Advanced English language skills - written and oral.
  • Deep knowledge of the Portuguese language, especially in writing.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel required.
