E-Commerce Manager Latam

Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce;, Experience and abilities in negotiation and strong commercial acumen;  , Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters;, Demonstrable expertise in performance media channels, search and has driven measurable revenues or commercial goals using data and analytics; any experience on driving audience planning, brand and product marketing, customer journey strategies is also appreciated;, Excellent ability to influence others, encourage teamwork, and build strong internal and external relationships;, Self-started and Can-Do attitude to lead, develop and deliver the e-commerce agenda;, Proven experience leading different ecommerce business models (B&C, Pure Players, Market Places);, Experience in an e-commerce retailer or relevant supplier;, Fluent in English;, Experience in a Latam scope;, Applications valid for Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, but with availability to be based in Brazil;, Bachelor Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related discipline preferred (engineering, economics, marketing, etc);, Any other specialization or post-grad in administration or retail is appreciated but not necessary.
