The Position
In this role, you will lead and ensure high-quality financial planning for the LATAM region, including efficient forecasting processes and cost planning. You'll act as a Finance Partner to the LATAM Management team, identifying value creation opportunities and using data to provide recommendations and mitigate risks. Monthly and quarterly reporting will be a key responsibility, along with driving finance optimization projects and promoting the use of financial digital tools and a data-driven mindset. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities to leverage GBS for efficient finance solutions and play a role in developing junior colleagues and driving functional agendas within the LATAM FP&A team.
This position is to work in São Paulo, SP.
Your responsabilities includes:
- Set direction and ensure high-quality financial planning for region LATAM, driving an efficient planning and forecasting process covering all P&L aspects.
- Act as a Finance Partner to LATAM RO management team and the LATAM finance organization, providing support in decision-making and challenging business performance.
- Identify value creation opportunities for the region based on business understanding, using data to form opinions and propose solutions to mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting, preparing management reports and presentations for LATAM Management and Finance.
- Drive the use of financial digital tools and a data-driven mindset in the region, acting as a digital ambassador and increasing the use of finance digital tools through training.
- Identify opportunities to leverage GBS in establishing high-quality and efficient finance solutions, including the development and leadership of the GBS FP&A Team.
Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Economics.
- This person is expected to have fluent oral and written English.
- It’s desirable that the candidate have at least experience with relevant experience within Finance, preferably gained in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.
- Expert in financial systems such as SAP, BW and PowerBI.
- It’s antecipated that this person has effective collaboration and alignment with stakeholders are ensured through strong communication skills and stakeholder management, while informed decision-making is facilitated by strong analytical skills.

The Business Insights LATAM team is responsible for driving financial planning, controlling, reporting, and analytics in the LATAM region. We provide data insights to support business decisions, give recommendations, and propose solutions to maximize opportunities and ensure the achievement of financial targets.
