Yournewrole : - Reporting to the Marketing Director andsupervising a team of 2 employees, the Marketing Manager isresponsible for leading the development of integrated marketingplans across media, communications channels, PR, influencermarketing, CRM and partnerships for : Transactional digital formats(VOD and EST) and videogame product (in console, digital formats,as well as in mobile platforms).
- The Marketing manager is chargedwith the management, execution and material growth of the WarnerPlay digital brand, guaranteeing the effectiveness of thecommunication vehicles for reaching target audiences and commercialpurposes Yourroleaccountabilities : Transactional video andVideogames - Prepare and develop New Release marketing plans,including objectives, strategy, audience definition andpositioning, and oversee its implementation by rest of themarketing team.
- Determine marketing budget (PAP) amount to spendon each activity per marketing plan new release and catalog. -Oversee marketing budget (PAP) budget control, annual and by title,perform monthly control / adjustments.
- Prepare and develop Mediaplans : - Creation of briefs for the agency - Agency recommendationreview and approval - Creation of purchase order - Coordinateexecution with agency.
- Results Analysis - Oversee execution ofsocial media publishing, paid social ROI and reports / metrics. -Oversee execution of CRM strategy.
- Manage and overseePR / Influencer marketing strategy and execution, to scale editorialcontent and reach right audiences.
- Define and oversee the WarnerPlay content strategy with associated marketing and sales KPI's onits various existing and new communication channels.
On the matterof content, serve as point person for business developmentactivities and other discussions with both internal and externalparties supporting Warner Play-related monetization objectives asdirected by Management.
- Manage local marketing team fully in linewith Company’s core people management values and in such a way thatfacilitates team members excelling in the performance of theirduties.
- Collaborate with all other functional areas in Brazil, aswell as teams and functional areas elsewhere in Latin America andthe U.
S., as warranted and as directed by Management, includingsharing and receiving best practices . Transactional Video -Prepare / Recommend Digital Rolling Forecasts numbers (monthly) &Prepare / Recommend Budget estimated numbers (yearly) - Perform Localanalysis based on Comps - Review and analyze Comps files sent byBurbank - Determine / Recommend Bundles Pricing - Prepare / ManageMonthly polling file.
Qualifications&Experience : - Marketingexperience - Previous experience with media, consumer goods,entertainment or digital distribution.
- Proven experience inmarketing, brand management or communication roles, that involvesthe creation of marketing go-to-market plans.
- Excellent written,presentation and oral communication skills in both Portuguese andEnglish. OtherNicetoHave : - Proven leadership and people managementskills.
- Experience making data-driven strategic marketingdecisions using funnel tracking, A / B testing and other analyticaltools.
- Understanding how to translate consumer insights or trendsinto actual sales. - Ability to prepare reports and project plans -Power Point and Excel advanced skills - Financial / Budgeting skillsa plus.
