Managing the Social Security compliance on our accounts;
- Lead the delivery of Social Security services across your client portfolio
- Provide support on any technical queries from your VVN (offshore) team on any queries they have on application preparation.
- Review of applications where required i.e. complex cases, VIPs etc.
- Work with clients and tax/mobility colleagues to onboard new clients, leading them through the Social Security requirements i.e. data requirements, static information, assumptions, set approaches.
- Work with VVN management and the juniors on your accounts to ensure KPIs are met.
- Discuss any useful trends and opportunities, identified as part of the compliance processes with clients
Managing the Social Security coordination on our accounts;
- Ensure all locations are preparing applications in the agreed timeframes and intervening where not.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for clients and tax colleagues.
- Identify global opportunities for process/policy improvements and lead our teams globally in raising and discussing these with clients.
Global consulting;
- Provide support on presentations and RFPs i.e. drafting slides, creating content.
- Prepare and share marketing insights for clients
- Answer queries from clients and the tax practice on Social Security queries i.e. if an application can be made, the impact of an assignment extension, advice on non-agreement country moves, as well as work on complex advisory matters with leading subject matter experts.
- Train junior team members on Social Security technical knowledge and soft skills
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training to our tax and mobility colleagues on both technical and commercial developments.
- Identify optimisation opportunities across your client portfolio.
