Job Description We are looking for a Head of Sales and Dealer Development to join our team at Zeekr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing dealer network strategies, optimizing dealer network processes, and establishing partnerships and supply strategies to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement dealer network strategies that optimize the distribution network for our vehicles and spare parts. Homologate brand presence and strategy Implement our brand guidelines in our channels network Ensure the fulfillment of our corporate identity Establish partnerships and supply strategies to ensure efficient operations. Optimize dealer network processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manage dealer contracts and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Dealer Development management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
