We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to help them win in eCommerce. How? We have three key products: 1) Crowdsourcing: Marketplace of freelancers to pick-pack-ship ecommerce orders 2) Ecommerce fulfillment software 3) Client Engagement Suite software We are obsessed with helping brands and retailers improve their eCommerce direct channels experience, reduce costs and improve EBITDA. We have achieved aggressive growth in 4 years operating in 6 countries: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica and completing over 30 million jobs in our platform. Today we serve 100+ customers, have thousand of freelancers engaged in our platform and operate in thousands of stores. What will you do Lead the Sales teams in prospecting, qualifying, and closing clients. Deliver on key metrics to enable client portfolio growth and lead the opening of new geographies through the achievement of strategic clients. Implement continuous training processes for the commercial team. Work cross functionally with the Product/Tech, Customer Success, Sales Operations teams. What experience and skills will you bring: 7+ hands-on sales experience in B2B products, particularly in Tech and Logistics services (SaaS). +5 years managing sales teams. Proven experience in defining and optimizing the sales strategy (defining sales territories, creating crisp pitch decks that depict the value prop, etc., understanding shifting trends in the industry and their impact on our results). Ambitious and target oriented, has proven they can thrive when working against goals. Experience in maintaining client relationships and expanding portfolio with the existing client base. Fluent in English or Spanish. Ability to talk with most senior leaders of a CPG organization. Nice to have: Previous experience working with supermarkets or enterprise brands. Previous experience in early-stage startups. MBA.
