We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Regional Sales to join our team in Brazil. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Brazilian market and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities: 1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: - Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitors, and opportunities in the Brazilian logistics industry. - Develop comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives. - Collaborate with the HQ marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads. 2. Sales Execution and Customer Acquisition: - Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and acquiring new customers across various industries and sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts. - Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Team Leadership and Development: - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving ambitious sales targets. - Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to sales representatives to optimize their productivity and effectiveness. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization. 4. Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: - Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. - Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future revenue opportunities and challenges. - Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
