In this opportunity your main responsibilities will be: As an HR Business Partner you will influence senior leaders to ensure strategic people management, aligning institutional policies and processes with the context and specific demands. Considering the entire employee journey, you should be able to: Contribute to making leadership autonomous and responsible for people management within their teams, through coaching and/or counseling on decision-making; Provide consultative support for the organizational design, identifying opportunities for synergy/movements, new hires, or actions that ensure development and succession, in order to ensure a high-performance team; Have a data-driven approach to make decisions based on the key People KPIs (eNPS, turnover, time-to-fill, compensation cycle, talent review); Ensure Talent Management agendas, using performance evaluation output and talent mapping; Interact and maintain routines with team specialists to ensure an updated view of the areas; Ensure the rollout of institutional people agenda actions, such as culture programs, promotion and merit cycles, performance evaluation, ensuring a proactive and analytical approach in each action; Co-participate in the recruitment of senior positions, contributing to the recruitment team with inputs and business context while supporting the position manager with the best hiring decision; Operate autonomously and diligently in the routine of the serviced area, participating in key forums and maintaining a recurrence of 1:1s with senior leaders; Have a 'business-driven' posture, knowing the area's OKRs, understanding business priorities, and influencing decision-making regarding people; Monitor eventual compliance cases, ensuring that the leaders of the serviced area comply with the expected policies and behaviors in the company. Requirements Proven work experience with generalist Human Resources; Proven work experience as HRBP; Experience working in supporting Senior Leadership in People / HR topics; Experience working in data-driven environments, creating reports for business; Good written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English; Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience; Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
