About the role The role of HRBP drives the people agenda to drive business growth through enabling strong organizational efficiency and performance culture. The role builds and delivers the multi-year talent plan for the plant delivering on people projects that drive breakthrough business performance and which ultimately contribute to each facilities' overall performance. Key Deliverables: Partners with the leadership team to build a commitment, people-focused culture that drives business results. Ensures that the talent and people strategy is championed and implemented by leadership and line managers. Supports Diageo initiatives related to resourcing - attraction, hiring, onboarding, development and retention. Drives engagement planning and execution, ensuring a focus on building a growth culture, a diverse and inclusive environment and a great place to work. Anticipates and assesses the gaps between business needs and people capabilities and drives appropriate actions. Facilitates organizational planning process, with a focus on achieving diversity and creating developmental plans for hard-working, high potential staff. Supports organizational design for greater organizational efficiency and organizational change and appropriate interventions. Improve impact of reward strategies. Strong mentor to leaders and line managers. Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's Degree. Experience in Human Resources management, organizational development, leadership development, Culture and talent management. Crucial commercial insight and experience, gained through cross-functional working Change and Project management experience Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment Strong influencing skills and analytical problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence all levels of management. Able to build and maintain positive relationships Skills of influencing and advising Senior Executives Excellent mentor and relationship building skills. Demonstrates a track record as a valued coach and peer in the business. Broad awareness and understanding of the interdependencies of the Talent, Reward and OE agendas.
