Expected Job Role-
- Collaboratively and proactively consult management, employees and colleagues on HR queries
- Division people practices are determined in line with local guidelines
- People resources budgeted as per Group guidelines
- Recruitment-Talent pipeline fulfilled on time in full both internally and externally
- Effective internal training is embedded, support external training
- Qualitative performance appraisal facilitated across the Division
- Effective support of winning team spirit via internal communication and team collaboration
- Resolving employee queries, streamlining the process & developing employee friendly policies
- Weekly visit to the office in SP
- Responsible for controlling, maintaining, sending and receiving equipment from employees
Required Competencies for the Role
- 5+ years as HR BP / HR Generalist with company 75+ employees;
- 3+ Experience with Call Centre HR or recruitment
- Business acumen
- Higher education (HR Qualification is an advantage)
- Fluent English
- Understanding key HR processes: Reward, Talent Management, Labor Law, Facilitation and Change Management
- High level of empathy; problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Clear and concise communication (both verbal and written);
- Data-driven approach to decision-making;
- Strategical thinking ability;
- Active learner
