RESPONSABILIDADES

Todas as responsabilidades que você assumirá:

    • Analyse performance indicators of the account and the market.
    • Dashboard controls for all KPI’s (Sales, Sell Out, Profitability, Market Share)
    • Identify key opportunities, performance indicators and drivers for the account;
    • Leader of Nielsen analysis to overdrive opportunities by customer and region
    • Develop sales strategies and execution based on market analysis
    • Influence customer strategy direct with sales managers to guarantee perfect execution and business overdrive
    • Lead together with channel head the business plan for the channel
    • Lead together with channel head global demands regarding promotional effectiveness and value chain process for P&L optimization
    • Orient, train, lead and monitor the merchandising team at the POS (Point of Sale)
    • Structuring business proposals to be traded on the network
    • Structure standard JBP’s to support sales team
    • Trading of stock sales, store exhibition and performance of sales.
    • Manage budget and investments in the network ensuring the profitability of the account and the achievement of the goals of volume and average price, ensuring P&L of the national KA.
    • Create and develop communication channels with different areas of the client and internally at Red Bull, such as trade marketing, logistics and operations, and refuel in order to enable the proposals made to the account
    • Develop and multiply "best practices" of local actions and executions3
    • Implement national negotiations and contracts in the area
    • Manage receiving of orders and inventory on the Distribution Centre (warehouse) and stores of KA's, ensuring grid store to stock pressure at the point of sale.

EXPERIÊNCIA

Suas áreas de conhecimento e expertise

que são mais relevantes para a vaga:

  • Full Graduation
  • English Fluency
  • Previous experience of at least two years in sales, preferably in consumer goods companies and / or caring for KA;
  • Previous experience in leading teams for promotion
  • Discipline and control with investments and cash discount.
  • Good skills with negotiation and retail operations. 
  • Domain Package Office (Especially Excel and Power Point);
  • Availability to travel
  • Knowledge and skills to prepare Annual Business plan with clients.
