The role of Marketing Specialist is to develop and implement our communication strategy – including marketing communications, web contents, and direct marketing – to educate and inform stakeholders such as customers, employees, trade media and interest groups. Reporting to Product Marketing Director of Installation Products Division Italy, you will ensure an excellent execution for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.

Your responsibilities
- Develop a strategy to drive growth on the market.
- Propose and implement communication & marketing plans validated in coordination with Product Marketing and Marketing teams.
- Support product Marketing Specialist to develop effective communication initiatives and tools to support promotions of products portfolio with local and global structures (i.e. webpage contents, catalogues, brochures, events, presentations, articles).
- Participate to promotional activities for brand awareness using all available marketing tools.
- Participate in organizing events and exhibitions to increase corporate image and to support business.
- Manage relationship with assigned trade media, customers and suppliers.
- Creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues and other sales literature in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.
- Market, customers and reference sector trends analysis.
- Communication of values to stakeholders.
- Develop an internal communications strategy in coordination with regional marketing team. Engage relevant stakeholders in the marketing initiatives by promoting and communicating them through the relevant channels.
Your background
- Studies in Marketing field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing (experience in industrial/technical field or agency will be considered a plus).
- Project management skills.
- Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook).
- Service design, Design Thinking and UX basics methodologies will be considered a plus.
- Excellent Italian and English Language.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A proven ability to develop and manage strong relationships internally & externally.
- A collaborative and innovative approach.
