Develop relationships with other autism-related providers daily through networking and value-added services Amazing, collaborative culture. Be part of a growing family. The Job Your responsibilities will include: Generate significant streams of referrals for our autism-related services Cultivate alliances with local schools and autism-related champions, crafting new opportunities and enlightening the community Set up webinars in coordination with other organizations to attract a captive audience Set up trainings at local schools to educate teachers about autism-related topics Reach out to autism-related doctors offices daily to cultivate relationships and to set up educational opportunities Develop relationships with other autism-related providers daily through networking and value-added services Make calls daily to develop relationships with all providers related to the autism community Collaborate with online marketing team with your input on social media and other activities Coordinate preparation of appropriate marketing materials (with designers, printers, etc.) Set up and coordinate networking/educational events for autism-related providers Identify new opportunities for growth and relationships that will foster growth Daily and Weekly reporting of activities and opportunities Be an important voice of our brand and philosophy at all times in the community The Profile Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially listening Wisdom in the ways of modern marketing, especially the online marketing Highly proficient in using computers and web applications in general High level of intuition and great ability to build relationships and connect with people Heart set on achieving goals and making a difference, result-oriented Passion being part of an organization that helps others in need, especially those with autism Ideally you have some sort of experience in the medical and/or autism-related fields Experience maintaining a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track all opportunities Independently motivated, but definitely a team player Spanish language is a bonus to be able to liaise to different stakeholders across the region.
