Yournewrole
Supporting Streaming (Max) and Linear Channels, the Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy is part of local marketing team where will be responsible to lead go-to-market strategy and planning for the country. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others since the position will have a lot of regional stakeholders.
Yourroleaccountabilities
Lead country quarter and annual marketing planning and budget allocation in partnership with regional (LatAm) marketing team
Track, analyze and report country performance to LatAm leadership leadership
Use data to develop and measure marketing programs;
Identify and lead Brazil’s key growth and retention opportunities for the country integrated with local team;
Manage cross functional teams (locally, regionally and globally) to improve engagement and growth metrics;
Be an agent of change leading and influencing cross teams indirectly.
Qualifications&Experience
Bachelor´s Degree
Fluency on English
Solid experience in online and/or consumer marketing
Solid experience with metrics, churn, retention, KPI´s for subscriptions
Technology affinity and track record of employing systems to drive simplification and change;

Fluency on Spanish
Experience in the Media and TV industry/space strongly preferred experience with online retail a plus;
