The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing orders and quotes for the company’s products and services, streamlining and coordinating workflow within or between internal departments, and reviewing proposed agreements to verify compliance with fees, rules, and regulations form the company.
This position is part of the Business Operation Team and will be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Hybrid. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Leads with a developed expertise in a variety of Order Management processes and activities, supervising all orders and quotes from placement to closure, ensuring their compliance with company’s policies and practices
- Play a strategic role acting as liaison between customers and Cepheid’s internal areas to address customer’s order-related inquiries, and customer satisfaction issues.
- Effectively engage with external customers and partners, lenders, and internal departments including Finance, Supply Chain, Technical Support, Marketing, and other departments as business needs require.
- Works to drive processes forward with continuous improvement objectives to streamline process.
- Provide customer related reports to management, sales, and customers as required.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor Degree in International Commerce or Administration.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Customer Service, Foreign trade.
- Fluent English in order to establish written and verbal communication with customers and other areas to address promptly to costumers’ needs and requirements.
- Customer Service focus.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- CRM or other ERPs such as Sales Force
- Spanish
