Within the Brazil Loyalty Team, this Product Management position reports to the BENEFITS VERTICAL, focused on benefits & insurances' products (a.k.a. B&I) for Mastercard cardholders and related B2B2C and B2C channel initiatives. This role requires identification of business opportunities for revenue growth, mapping and management of implementation challenges, development of new solutions or enhancements, launch of existing and new loyalty programs/benefits that will lead to real impact for our customers and cardholders. This professional will develop expertise in benefits’ analytics and reporting needs, identification of areas of product and processes improvement and participation in product development. He/she will partner cross-functionally with clients and internal stakeholders such as product, sales, engineering, marketing, and UX to guarantee products penetration across financial institutions, merchants, and others Responsibilities: • Lead client-facing and non-client facing projects
• Help Mastercard to solve complex problems overseeing recommended solutions through execution to achieve quantified impact
• Analyzing market trends, dynamics, and competition in order to inform product and go-to-market strategies
• Use communication and relationship management skills to build working teams and create alliances and influence stakeholders.
• Drive product innovation (ideation and execution), execute strategic business plans and support the development of business cases through evaluation of market trends, documentation of competitive intelligence, assessment of revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and create tools, processes, documentation to meet organizational readiness requirements for the successful implementation and maintenance of the product
• Be the subject matter expert on your Products, to support to the sales and customer facing teams with communication and training on product functionality, enhancements, and managing breaks & fixes
• Track and monitor product performance metrics (including P&L) and Market feedback for all stages of the product lifecycle to makes recommendations to improve the product’s revenue, scalability & longevity About You:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree
• Experience leading projects
• Excellent ability to break down and communicate complex ideas
• Affinity for quantitative analysis and telling a story with data
• Enjoy fostering collaboration within a team and developing team members
• High level of ownership, quantitative acumen, and entrepreneurship
• Advanced analytics, and/or digital marketing experience is a plus Experiences:
• Experience reviewing data reports and developing preliminary product enhancement recommendations
• Helped develop and manage a product or project budget/P&Ls (e.g., compiled estimates of cost drivers, developed bottom line numbers)
• Demonstrated consistent success working with partners across other functions in support of product go-to market strategies
• Take the time to fully learn the business requirements and associated use cases
• Understands and can explain the product set to cross-functional and senior managers
• Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them
• Verbal and written communication is clear and concise
• Improve team processes that accelerate product development, delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
• Has skills in test driven and behavior driven development
• Understands customer journeys and ensures a Mastercard good experience by continuously reducing Mean time to mitigate (MTTM) for incidents and ensuring high availability Competencies:
