Manager of Sales Consulting (Solutions Consulting)
Meet Our Team:
As a Manager of our Solutions Consulting LATAM team, you will collaborate and manage a team of Solutions Consultants while working cross-functionally with Consulting & Sales to ensure the successful execution of sales strategy into our largest and most strategic LATAM accounts. Our solutions consultants are technically savvy while focused on driving customer-centricity. We are looking for a leader to help accelerate our sales and overall strategy in LATAM!

What You'll Do at Pega:Act as a regional leader for our team of 4-6 Solutions Consultants! This involves enabling our Solution Consultants to listen, create architectures, demo solutions, discuss ideas and solve problems with our largest banking and telecommunications clientsWork closely with the Sales team to create and deliver world class technical demonstrations to drive and increase sales & client engagementPartner with complex enterprise clients to meet their strategic business goals by streamlining their critical operations to engage their customers' across multiple channelsPrepare road maps focused on evaluating the current state and the transformation to the future state with Pega's cutting edge unified platformCultivate your team of direct reports through coaching, goal-setting, and performance managementWho You Are:Passionate about people & technology! You have experience working with large clients in either banking or telecommunicationsYou have technical and business experience, and love working directly with prospective clients and driving the presales processYou're a strategic thinker with experience and excitement for managing a driven, successful Solutions Consulting team and understand how to engage clients and drive overall deal strategy forwardYou proactively develop relationships with prospects by understanding, anticipating and showcasing solutions that meet their business needsEager to help transform the digital landscape of F/500 clientsWhat You've Accomplished:Successful track record working with enterprise clients through enterprise-like sales engagementsExperience advising and managing a team of Solutions ConsultantsTechnical acumen with strong preference for strategic, enterprise-wide applications (CRM/DPA/RPA/Decisioning/etc.) experience in the banking or telecommunications industryDelivered POCs and custom demonstrationsProvided thought leadership in technology and sales processesPega Offers You:Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of productsContinuous learning and development opportunitiesAn innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environmentCompetitive global benefits program inclusive of pay + bonus incentive, employee equity in the company
