Responsibilities
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and develop the first short and long term strategy for the Move (Transportation/Fleet) category in Latam, managing a spend of +USD 400MM;
- Work jointly with Move Latam Supply Chain VP, deep dive differences in operations in every OU and constant monitor and assess market trends, in order to co-create internal strategies and consolidate agility agenda through improving E2E acquisition process;
- Deliver productivity in terms of pricing, process efficiencies and cash flow improvement;
- Leadership, influence and dotted line team development (within each OU/MSO team).
YOUR IMPACT
- Manage, influence and create relationship between Key Sector and OU Stakeholders in North Latam and Key Point Person to develop internal strategies in order to create, evaluate and develop the category strategy;
- Continuous search of new suppliers and technology outstanding. (Executer / Making Decision)
- Create productivity projects pipeline through the different areas and the Procurement team. (Making Decision);
- Manage the team to ensure the delivery of Cashflow benefits (AOP, +90 days Payment Terms) (Making Decisions);
- Manage the team to ensure new enable and develop suppliers (Global/Local) (Making Decisions);
- Manage and develop relevant SLA´s for each categories (Providing Consultation);
- Lead and coach people to create bench pipeline;
- Innovate and deploy initiatives to accelerate and move forward with Agility Agenda in the sector;
- Manage the relation with Global Teams to ensure alignment and support;
- Manage complex Matrix relationship and agendas;
- Ensure best purchase experience through e-platform for users and suppliers;
- Manage a total spend of over USD 400MM;
- Design a strategy for managing +655 suppliers.
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Deep and strong analytics and strategic thinking skills;
- Strong Negotiation skills;
- Problem solving skills. Ability to manage problems from complex to simple;
- Strong interpersonal skills – complex scenario at many businesses units with many stakeholders;
- Procurement, Supply Chain and Analytical background in Latinamerica;
- 8-10 years general business experience; 6-8 years in procurement or Supply Chain Transportation related function at relevant organizations;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, or other related area of background;
- Spanish and English fluency required.
