Sobre esta posição:
Lead the Nutella Snacks & Food Service business for Brazil and coordinate the innovations assesment & potential roll-out across South America (Bready, Nutella & Go, Biscuits, Food Service portfolio, etc..). Develop and implement the brands/business marketing plan in alignment with RMMC and strategic global guidelines, assuring its implementation. Lead local S&OP process & influence other areas in order to reach business targets, contributing to the brands/business development.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Suggest marketing initiatives according to the PS1-PS3 (3 year plan) Strategy.
- Lead brands marketing calendar activities execution to deliver current years' targets.
- Work together with Area Marketing team & other region BU´s, being the responsible to coordinate new projects assesments (innovation) within the Snacks & Biscuits category.
- Lead the integrated communication plan (offline,digital & BTL) with the agency to locally develop and execute the brands campaigns and activities, and guides the media and communication strategy for the other markets of the region.
- Lead the monthly S&OP process, influencing the brands volumes definition, the level of stock management and assuring the execution of plans by sales and trade marketing team, addressing the business needs.
- Lead the Innovation projects development and packaging process with the analyst / intern and Workflow Coordinator.
- Manages & coordinates the Brands P&L as well as Innovations Projects P&L. Develops price suggrestion per SKU and channel, aligned with BDG and SAF guidelines.
- Lead Consumer Reaserch studies definition together with CSU.
Quem buscamos:
- Experience in FMCG brands coordination with consolidated know-how on project management, innovation, brand positioning building, consumer research, Nielsen, P&L and agencies management on communication, media, promotion and PR activities.
- English - Fluent (written and spoken).
- Strong strategic thinking and communication, presentation, analysis and leadership skills.
- Complete higher education.
Hability to overcome barriers, work in team, share know-how with the team and resilient personality. - Experience with brands managing Food Service or On Premise business is a strong values (i.e. managing alcoholic beverages brands).
