Honeywell Building Technologies is looking for a RQB Coordinator.
This person will be responsible for delivering Honeywell goals through managing Service Projects mainly in Flanders. The job will entail working closely with our customers, the sales team, FSL , customer support admins , and financial controllers in support of our Standard Operating Procedures.
He/she would be based in the VSK offices in Harelbeke.
This activity handles a $500K business on a yearly base.
The purpose of this role is to:
- Lead, manage, monitor and control a number of VSK projects.
- Implement hardware/software solutions for the assigned projects.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and financial benefit to Honeywell.
- Contribute to quality/safety and continuous improvement across projects.
- Promote team working.
- Build internal and external customer relations
Main Responsibilities:
- Review hardware/software requirements, application requirements for specific projects.
- Produce projects schedules as appropriate for the project.
- Assess resource requirements needed to carry out project implementation
- Produce/assist in project documentation
- Provide input to all plans for engineering and commissioning activities.
- Organise test and inspection for all VSK, Honeywell and third party equipment.
- Track project status and report on a regular monthly basis (both internal and external)
- Manage change control to ensure timely visibility of possible changes in project scope.
- Manage projects to time, budget and customer satisfaction.
- Manage internal and external resources to cost estimate.
- Build customer relations.
- Comply with quality assurance standards and safety standards.
- Complete project handover to clients/service.
- Ensure project closeout.
- Assist sales organization in estimating project proposals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Competent in planning of internal and external resources
- Bachelor Degree Industrial Science (Electro mechanics) or relevant technical experience
- Relevant Industry knowledge and experience (3 years) is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Honeywell financial mechanisms
- Being bilingual (Dutch/French) is an asset but not a must-have but Dutch is mandatory + fluent in English (CEFR B2).
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
