We are hiring new talent to lead the launch and management of a new brand in the psoriasis market in Brazil. We are looking for a person with extensive experience in the psoriasis market with the aim of being the leader of the brand's strategy and working to lead the team of this new market.

Purpose/Objective of the job:

Lead the new product for psoriasis strategy aligned with global brand position and based on local marketing assumptions. He also acts as a global contact and In Field brand team leader, as well as a key point of contact for external stakeholders. 

Activities Description

  • Develop and planning the marketing product using available information and consulting the sales, medical and BI team, as well as international marketing;
  • Contribute to the correct implementation of the marketing strategy, in partnership with the sales and medical team, in order to achieve the sales and profit objectives of the area;
  • Control all the expenses allocated to the marketing department and decide the investments to be made in order to achieve sales and profit targets using the resources appropriate to the area;
  • Develop and produce, by controlling the third parties involved, the promotional and institutional materials that will be used by BMS to achieve the sales, profit and image objectives of the BMS field of oncology;
  • Develop or acquire current and future studies, monitoring the data in a partnership with the business intelligence area, in order to support BMS to minimize the excess in inventory and lack of products;
  • Assist BMS on the annual negotiation strategy execution of the product contracts, gathering information that supports the best argument to reach the objectives on sales and profits.
  • Develop productive working relationships with the main opinion leaders of the area in Brazil aiming at achieving the sales, profit and image goals of BMS;
  • Acting in partnership with the training and sales area aiming at the appropriate training and preparation of the sales team;
  • Monitor competitors by analyzing market information in order to correct or confirm the strategy and tactical actions of the area's products;
  • Inform the internal clients in Brazil and HQ of the developed planning, the risks involved and the results obtained;
  • Coordinate strategic meetings with Societies, KOLs and clients in order to achieve new market opportunities and investments to strengthen product performance;
  • Manage promotional investment;
  • Guarantee the regionalization of the strategy defined by the Global team according to the needs of the local market;
  • Leading the Local Brand Team development initiatives to guarantee the results of the brand, in line with the behaviors of the Company and teamwork spirit;
  • Guarantee synergy of support areas (cross-functional), seeking maximum market potential;
  • Follow-up of trends and movements of products and market (competitive intelligence);
  • Ensure that actions are 100% Compliance, including contracts with institutions and relationships with Health Care Professionals;
  • Develop marketing specialist’s according with career plans.

Specifics Requirements:

  • Experience as a Psoriasis Marketing Manager
  • Desirable Pós or MBA in the area of business.
  • Fluent English
  • Market knowledge of government / payers, marketing and distribution models
  • Strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Capacity to capture the assumptions, define the objectives, and design the strategic brand plan
  • Deep knowledge about Office package
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good Organizational skills

– Medical societies, Congresses and Events organizers, Medical local institutions
