With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to be part of our dynamic team and take over Brazilian region. Your mission/ What will you do? Achieving business goals and revenue targets in the region Expanding Noda presence in the market Participating in industry conferences Closing big personal deals Integration of at least 5 relevant clients in specified verticals per month Reporting on Regional Sales results Forecast quarterly and annual profits Encourage communication between team members What are your skills and experience? 3+ years of management and leadership experience (preferably in FinTech) Proven experience in sales (with case examples) Relevant wide network in the region (with proof examples) Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Excellent English knowledge, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus) Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred will be a plus What do we offer? 100% Remote.
